How Does Laser Tag Work?
Laser tag is a shooting game that’s similar to paintball but without the pain or the mess! Instead of shooting paintballs, you’ll shoot completely harmless laser beams from laser guns at your opponents. The guns might not actually fire anything out but they make a really satisfying noise when you shoot them. Each of you will be wearing special vests that’ll register the hits you take and dish out. The team that hits the opposing players most will win.
What Age is Laser Tag Appropriate For?
Anyone aged 8 and over can join in with a lively game of laser tag. You might not have played laser tag since you were a kid but, trust us, it’s so much fun to play as an adult! There’s no upper age limit on having fun so whether you’re 8 or 88, come and show everyone what you’re made of!
How Do I Prepare for Laser Tag?
We recommend talking tactics with your team before you start laser tag. Will you stick together as a group or split up? Carefully stalk your prey or run around firing at everything you see? Work as a team and you should do just fine. And try to be quiet or your enemies will spot you!
What If I Don’t Have Enough People for a Laser Tag Team? Can I Join Another Team?
It’s best to check with the experience provider to see if you can join another team. They’ll let you know, via our online messaging system, exactly how it works. Currently, our laser tag experiences have a minimum group size of eight people.
What Should You Wear to Laser Tag?
The recommended dress code for laser tag is comfy clothes you can move around in and trainers. You might want to tie long hair back and remove jewellery as this is an energetic game. It’s a good idea to dress in dark colours so that you’re harder for your opponents to spot in the dark.
What Age is Laser Tag Appropriate For?
Most laser tag centres accept ages eight and over but it’s worth double check with the experience provider when you place your enquiry.

How Do I Aim in Laser Tag?
The laser guns are easy to use but as you won’t be shooting actual bullets, you’ll need to keep a close eye on your aim. Line your vision up with the angle of the gun, point at the target then fire. You can even turn your gun to the side if you want to feel like your in your very own action movie!
How Many Calories Do You Burn Playing Laser Tag?
