Captain Bess is looking for new crew members to join her ship - fancy being a first mate? Do you and your fellow adventurers have what it takes to hunt around Newcastle and prove you’re savvy enough to join her?
You’ll be split into teams, you can turn it into a competition to see who’s the best at hunting! You’ll be sent clues and puzzles by Captain Bess on a Whatsapp-style group chat, so all you need is your phone and a sense of adventure for this experience!
Answer each puzzle correctly and move from location to location, passing by some of Newcastle’s most beautiful and iconic sights.
With a leaderboard that will be revealed at the end, it’s all to play for as to who will come in first place. So, put your heads together, make sure you’ve got your game face on and get hunting!

You can play in 2 parts—if it suits your plans, you can pause the game and come back after lunch or even the next day.
Please bring a smartphone with data and full battery, shoes appropriate for 2 miles for walking and waterproofs in case of bad weather.
